Q: When can I access the new CE/CME and Training platform?
A: Now! Your Pharmacy Technician's Letter subscription has been migrated.

Q: My employer pays for my subscription. Will I be migrated?
A: Not yet. We’re building the platform that will support enterprise clients and their users. Stay tuned for updates.

Q: Can I access my CE/CME statements on the new platform?
A: Yes. You will have access to statements of participation for Pharmacy Technician's Letter CE/CME courses from 2015 forward. These statements are offered as a courtesy to help document your educational activities. For courses offering ACPE accreditation, access CPE Monitor for your official statement of CE credit.

Q: Can I view course completion data I entered manually for CE I earned from another provider?
A: Not yet. We have a complete record of all course completions you previously entered, and we’re working on a solution to display them in the new platform. This is our top priority.

Q: Can I view historical CE/CME requirements and which courses met those requirements?
A: Pharmacy Technician's Letter courses you completed on the legacy platform during your current renewal cycle will be tracked by the Organizer on the new platform. However, the new platform does not display historical requirements and specify which courses met those requirements. If you are audited, please contact Customer Service for assistance. As you use the new platform, you will build up new history. New history will be visible going forward.

Q: Will I need an accurate NABP e-Profile ID to access the new platform?
A: Yes. The first time you use TRC's upgraded CE/CME & Training platform, you will be required to supply an NABP e-Profile ID.

Q: Do Pharmacy Technicians outside of the United States need an NABP e-Profile ID to access the new platform?
A: Yes. All users must have an accurate NABP e-Profile ID to access the platform.

Q: How do I get an NABP e-Profile ID?
A: Obtaining an NABP e-Profile ID is free and easy! Get step-by-step instructions.

Q: I already have an NABP e-Profile ID, but I forgot it. Where can I find it?

Q: Is there a new mobile app with live CE/CME?
A: Yes. Download the new Pharmacy Technician's Letter mobile app! Complete CE and training in the new app, plus stay ahead of the curve on medication therapy guidelines with NEW evidence-based recommendations delivered every month. The new app replaces the previous Pharmacy Technician’s Letter app, which will be removed from stores later this year. Download the new app today (valid login required).
