Exam Attempt Reset Tool
Granting Additional Attempts to Pass an Exam
The Exam Attempt Reset Tool gives Program Administrators the ability to grant a student an additional attempt to pass an exam.
- Click the "Home" tab.
- Locate the "Exam Maximum Attempts" section.
- Students who have failed an exam the maximum number of times will be displayed in this section.
- Click the "Add Attempt" link next to the name of the student.
- Click "ok".
