FAQs

Q: When can I access the new CE/CME and Training platform?
A: Subscribers will be migrated to the new platform in phases starting in March 2021. We will notify you before your account is migrated. 

Q: Can I access my CE/CME statements on the new platform?
A: Yes. You will have access to statements of participation for CE/CME courses from 2015 forward. These statements are offered as a courtesy to help document your educational activities. For courses offering ACPE accreditation, access CPE Monitor for your official statement of CE credit. 

Q: Can I view course completion data I entered manually for CE I earned from another provider?
A: Yes, we will migrate your data to the new system automatically. If it does not appear, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Q: Can I view historical CE/CME requirements and which courses met those requirements?
A: Courses you completed on the legacy platform during your current renewal cycle will be tracked by the Organizer on the new platform. However, the new platform does not display historical requirements and specify which courses met those requirements. If you are audited, please contact Customer Service for assistance. As you use the new platform, you will build up new history. New history will be visible going forward.

Q: Will I need an accurate NABP e-Profile ID to access the new platform?
A: Yes, if you are a pharmacist or pharmacy technician. The first time you use TRC's upgraded CE/CME & Training platform, you will be required to supply an NABP e-Profile ID.

Q: How do I get an NABP e-Profile ID?

Q: Is there a new mobile app?
A: Yes, for the following products:

Complete CE and training directly in the new app, plus stay ahead of the curve on medication therapy guidelines with NEW evidence-based recommendations delivered every month. The new app replaces the previous app, which will be removed from stores later this year. Download the new app today (valid login required). Look for the icon with the green banner that says +CE, +CME, or Hospital.
